ABOV manned quad-copter kits are experimental aircraft platforms intended for amateur-built and authorized-use scenarios. Customers are responsible for assembly, regulatory compliance, and safe operation.
Operation is intended for rural environments away from populated areas. Building and flying manned quad-copters involves inherent risk, including serious injury, death, and property damage. By purchasing, users accept these risks and responsibility.
Limited component warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship only. Warranty does not cover assembly errors, modifications, or improper use.
